The purpose of the association is to cherish and maintain the old shipping tradition in the Vesijärvi-Päijänne watershed.

We support the hobby of boating and the safety of movement on water by organizing competitions, conducting courses in navigation, knowledge and care of boats and engines and their equipment, and if necessary, we provide help to the lake rescue association

In 2022, 46 ships belonged to our association.
